Here is a copy of the first edition of the Book of Mormon. (It is estimated that the printers worked 11 hours a day, six days a week, for more than seven months to print the almost 600 pages in each of the Book of Mormon’s first 5,000 copies.)

Here is a picture of how the pages of the Book of Mormon were hung to dry.

Mike and Mom visited the place where the Book of Mormon was first printed. (The Book of Mormon was first printed and sold in the Grandin Building located in downtown Palmyra, New York.)
